Just a quick note to say that the juicing is coming along VERY nicely.  I’m getting more creative with my recipes and definitely feeling the effects of all the extra fiber, vitamins, and nutrients.

Here’s my favorite morning juice recipe – Enjoy!

4 green apples (skins scrubbed clean)

1 lemon (keep the peel on if it’s organic)

2 handfuls of spinach, kale, chard, or collard greens (or a combination of all 4)!

Blend, Stir, and Drink! 😀
