Plateau city

So, it’s been awhile since I wrote….and I’m sure you can probably guess why.  Yes, vacation killed my diet AND my momentum!!  😦

The only upside is that I start work again on Monday and hopefully the ‘work week schedule’ will help aid me in getting back into a routine.   I’ve got 20-30 minutes a day to work out, so if anyone has any suggestions on workouts to help me break free from this plateau, I’d be forever grateful!
