Vacation vs. Diet


First things first…Happy Easter to all! 

Today I am off to Key West for our annual family reunion.  And with that comes lots of meals out, drinks-a-plenty, and this year…easter candy!  To say I’m worried about my waistline is a bit of an understatement.  So what should I do?  The only thing I really can do…try to eat & drink in moderation and work out harder when I get back home.  🙂  Vacations are for relaxing and having fun…so wish me luck and I’ll see you in a week (hopefully with a tan to boot)!


Little here…little there

What’s better than staying under 200 on check-in day?  Finding out that I’ve lost a decent amount of inches  to boot!  🙂   This morning the scale read 196 (yay!) and since I started eDiets, I have lost 22lbs, 5 inches around my waist, 2 inches around my bust, and 2.75 inches around my hips!  Now that is what I like to call a VERY good morning!
