Back on track

I can not tell you just how motivating it is when I step on the scale and see results!  I’m down 4 lbs this week and feeling great!  (Who knew I could be so happy to weigh in at 203 lbs!)  LOL

I’m not exactly sure why one week I’m down 1 lb and then 4 the next when I basically had the same menu, but a loss is a loss is a loss!  Hooray!
